Refunds & Cancellation

Last updated 31 August 2026 · Cypliance, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

We would rather refund you than have you feel stuck with something you cannot use. This policy says plainly when that happens.

The short version

Unused scans: full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Scans already run: not refundable, because the work is done and the report is yours.
Our fault: refunded in full, whenever it happened.

Unused credits — 7 days

If you have not run a scan on the plan you bought, ask within 7 days of payment and we will refund it in full. No reason needed.

Partly used plans

If you have run some scans but not all, we refund the unused portion pro rata within those 7 days. On a three-scan plan where one scan has run, two-thirds is refundable.

Scans that have run

A completed scan is delivered work: the testing was performed and the report exists. We do not refund those, and we do not refund a plan because the report found fewer issues than you expected — a clean result is a legitimate outcome, and we will not manufacture findings to justify a price.

When we refund regardless

These are on us, and the 7-day limit does not apply:

Cancelling

Plans are prepaid for a fixed number of scans and do not renew automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel. Unused scans expire at the end of the plan's validity period, shown on your account page. You can close your account whenever you like; if you do so within 7 days of a purchase, the refund rules above apply.

How to ask

Email billing@cypliance.com with the invoice number from your receipt, or the order reference from your account page. You do not need to explain yourself.

How long it takes

Refunds go back to the original payment method. We cannot send one somewhere else.

Taxes

Where tax was charged, it is refunded along with the amount refunded.

Disagreements

If you think we have this wrong, reply to us before raising a chargeback — a conversation resolves it faster than your bank will, and we would rather fix the problem than argue about it.
